Get to Know Us Better
At Crossview, we are always excited to meet new people. In fact, that's what church is
all about - getting to know folks who may be new to the community, new
Christians, or just friends we haven't met yet.
First Step: Come to Church this Sunday
Certainly, one of the best ways to get involved with Crossview is to start coming on
Sunday morning. We invite you to start out at our worship service first.
Officially, the service starts at 10:30 AM, but we invite you to come a few
minutes early at 10:15 for free refreshments, coffee, and juice. This is
a great time to meet some new people, and to stop by the information counter
and get your questions answered. If you have young children (under 4),
you can ask one of our greeters to show you to the nursery.
Children 4 years old to 2nd grade should join you for the first part of
the worship service. After a few songs, they will be invited to leave the
main service and go to a special
Kids Church service.
Second Step: Find a Bible Study Class
Once you get used to the church a little, we encourage you to try some
of our adult Sunday School classes.
These classes offer a great way to get to know some other people better
while you learn more about God and his plans for your life.
Children and
youth also have classes
just for them. These classes all start on Sunday morning at 9:30 AM.
Third Step: Wednesday Night AWANAs and Adult Studies
If you have children from 3 years old to 12th grade, they will just love
our Crossview Awana program. Check out the Awana clubs section to find out more about
this exciting opportunity.
For adults, we usually have several adult studies
going on each Wednesday night. These small groups study a topic such as
parenting, finances, or a specific area of spiritual growth.
Wednesday night activities start at 6:00 PM and finish by 7:30 PM. They
are only offered during the school year.
Fourth Step: Join the Church!
Hey, now that you're coming to church for all these events, we'd love to
have you become a member of Crossview. Check out the requirements for
church membership on the How to Join page.
